Our story
I started Daniela’s Kitchen after years of cooking for friends on the night shift — nurses, officers, paramedics — who kept telling me real food was the first thing to disappear from their week.
Every dish on the menu is tested to hold its flavor and temperature in the conditions of a duty station. Mediterranean, Latin, international — the food I’d cook for my own family, packed for the long watch.
